These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of dental laboratory services by Replica Dental Lab (“Company,” “we,” “us”) to dentists, dental clinics, and other healthcare professionals (“Client,” “you,” “your”). By engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Offered
Replica Dental Lab provides specialized dental laboratory services including:
- PFM (Porcelain Fused to Metal) crowns and bridges
- Zirconia restorations and full-mouth rehabilitation
- IPS Emax lithium disilicate restorations
- Implant-supported prosthetics (screw-retained and cement-retained)
- Complete and partial dentures
- Clear aligners and orthodontic appliances
- Custom restorations based on client specifications
2. Case Submission and Acceptance
1 Submission Methods
Cases can be submitted via:
- Digital STL files from intraoral scanners (iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, etc.)
- Physical impressions via courier
- Documentation uploaded through our online case submission system
2 Prescription Requirements
All cases must include:
- Clear, legible prescription with material specifications
- Shade selection and shade mapping details
- Preparation margins and tooth anatomy
- Occlusal relationship and bite records (if applicable)
- Contact information and case deadline
3 Case Acceptance
We reserve the right to:
- Reject cases with unclear impressions, broken teeth models, or insufficient information
- Request clarification on prescriptions before proceeding
- Decline cases that conflict with our quality standards or capabilities
- Contact the client for additional information or modifications
3. Payment Terms
1 Pricing
Pricing is provided in our rate card or quotation. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Prices exclude GST unless explicitly stated.
2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
- UPI transfers
- Credit/Debit card (through secure payment gateway)
- Cheque (dated as per request)
3 Payment Timeline
- 50% advance payment upon case acceptance
- Balance payment before dispatch of completed case
- Late payment: A 1.5% monthly interest charge will apply to overdue amounts
4. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround times are:
- PFM Crowns: 5-7 working days
- Zirconia: 5-7 working days
- IPS Emax: 5-7 working days
- Implant Prosthetics: 7-10 working days
- Clear Aligners: 10-14 working days
Rush orders and express delivery are available at additional cost. Turnaround times are estimates and do not guarantee delivery on specific dates.
5. Quality Assurance
Replica Dental Lab adheres to a rigorous 4-step quality control process:
- Prescription Verification: All details cross-checked before fabrication
- CAD Design Inspection: Design review by senior technician
- Post-Mill Fit Examination: Marginal fit testing on models
- Pre-Dispatch Inspection: Final quality check before packaging
All restorations are guaranteed to meet our published quality standards. Any defects due to laboratory error will be corrected at no additional charge.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for patient outcomes, allergic reactions, or clinical complications resulting from improper insertion, adjustment, or use of restorations
- Client is responsible for clinical examination, selection of materials, patient consent, and verification of fit before seating
- We are not liable for damage due to delayed payment, courier damage, or third-party mishandling
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the restoration. We do not cover indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages
- Clinical failures due to improper preparation, inadequate retention, or patient factors are the responsibility of the treating dentist
7. Intellectual Property
The designs, CAD models, and digital files created for your cases are your property. However, we may use de-identified case images and design approaches for:
- Training and quality improvement purposes
- Technical documentation and case studies (with anonymization)
- Please notify us in writing if you do not wish your cases to be used for such purposes
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be:
- First, addressed through good-faith negotiation between parties
- If unresolved, escalated to mediation under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Governed by laws of Gujarat, India, with jurisdiction in Surat courts
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination:
- Completed work will be delivered upon full payment
- Work-in-progress may be charged at agreed rates
- Outstanding payments remain due immediately
10. Modifications to Terms
Replica Dental Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
